Sitting on the edge of a golf course and close to restaurants, hiking, shopping, museums, spring training baseball, professional sports, etc (see “In the Area” tab on the home page), The Village of Stone Creek condominiums offer several amenities right on the grounds.
*Key fob is needed to access the pool. You’ll find the key fob in the box on the counter of the kitchen. Please always return after use. (there is a fee for lost key fobs) TO ACCESS THE POOL: swipe the key fob and enter the four digit code on the attached key chain.
Note the Hot Tub in the pool area as well!
Gas grills can be found through out the condo complex. Please use them and leave them clean for the next person.
The key fob and four digit code is needed to access the workout room. The key fob is in the box on the kitchen counter. You will need to enter the 4 digit code on the fob keychain as well. The workout room is located next to the mailboxes.

Pool & Spa Rules
All persons using the pool and spa do so at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Maximum recommended use of the spa is 15 minutes. All gates at the pool area must be closed and locked at all times
Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Anyone with incontinent issues, must wear a swim diaper while in the pool or spa. Proper swim attire must be worn in the pool and spa. Street clothes are not permitted. No suntan oil is allowed in the pool or spa. No pets are allowed in the pool area. No glass is permitted in the pool area. No running, diving or undue splashing is allowed. Nets for water volleyball or other uses are not permitted as they impact the use of the pool by other residents. Oversized inflatable or flotation devices are not permitted in the pool or spa. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. No loud voices, profanity or loud music at any time. No music or voices audible from adjoining units at the pool area between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Barbeques
Gas barbeques are located throughout the community. Wire brushes are attached to each barbeque. Anyone using these barbeques must clean them after each use.
City ordinance prohibits the use of barbeques on balconies or patios.
