Here are a few items to keep in mind during your stay!

Check in time: 4:00pm              

Check out time: 10:00am

Neighbors: The Village at Stone Creek tends to be a very quiet restful place that many friendly people call home. Please be a good neighbor during your stay as you respect others’ space by considering noise levels and use of space outside the condominium.

Trash: if you need to dispose of household waste during your stay, the community dumpster is located on the far side of the parking lot, midway down. There is no recycling at this time. 

Smoking: please do not smoke or vape in the unit and please respect any posted policies about smoking/vaping in different areas of the complex. 

Accidents: a first aid kit can be found in the coat closet in the living room. A fire extinguisher is located there as well. We hope you won’t need these things, but better safe than sorry. Please notify your host, Berklie Harris, if you have any problems that result in damage to the property.

Tutorials for the door lock, tv remote, sofa sleeper, blinds, fans, and other items can be found on the website. Please take a look around the site so your stay at Desert Haus is a comfortable one.
